Merchant Banking
In the summer of 2005, our sponsor created a Merchant Bank division to facilitate its partnership with Global Payments a worldwide financial electronic transaction processor and a public company on the New York Stock Exchange [NYSE: GPN]. This merchant bank streamlined business operating costs by providing RDC and Merchant Account processing solutions.

A portion of the Banking fee has been allocated by MIBG to support our Jr. NBA program shortfall each season.
